Accommodation
ACCOMODATION
Regarding accommodation, we have several options near our center within Falmouth and English Harbour. Most are within walking distance or a short taxi/boat ride away.
Budget-Friendly Options:
Pineapple House very kindly offers several discounted accommodation options for our students and guests for this season: November 21, 2026 - April 21, 2027. Please find the details and contact details below:
Crew Beds - shared accommodation (Discounted for you to $65 USD per night, including local taxes):
If you would prefer a stand alone cottage with a queen bed overlooking Falmouth Harbour West Indian Hut, may be for you: this private cottage is available for a discounted rate of $85 USD per night.
A king bed in the Main House, Delilah's Room, is discounted to $85USD per night.
The Annex - a King bed and shared bathroom is disciunted to $125USD per night.

Frangipani is another beautiful cottage that has a king bed, private bathroom and a porch overlooking Falmouth Harbour; it can be offered at a discount to $150 USD per night.

Corporate Team Building & Incentive groups
We cater for many corporate events laying on private race/regatta events in Antigua and other Caribbean islands. Often this can be designed as a series of short races with heats and a final; or one race, with time for hands on cruising and tuition. Minimum numbers are 12 with 2 yachts but we have provided events for groups as large as 100.
Typically we work with your DMC to ensure the organisation is seamless.

Skippered Adventure Charters
We can also offer longer term trips around Antigua or to neighbouring islands like Guadeloupe, Barbuda, Montserrat or even further. If you have as little as 2 days it is quite possible to sail to one of these islands, spend the afternoon and evening exploring, sleep on board and sail back the following afternoon after a leisurely morning. A very affordable trip for families or groups of friends.

Full Day Charter Departs 9am-5pm Daily
A full day allows more time to sail to Green Island or up the west coast of Antigua to secluded bays and beach locations.This charter includes lunch and drinks for up to 4.$925 US for a private charter for up to 4 people and add $20 pp for numbers greater than 4

ICC Certificate of Competence
The ICC International Certificate for Operators of Pleasure Craft is very useful and accepted in many countries for bareboat charter.
Applicants who have achieved Day Skipper or have Power/Motor boat qualifications can apply to the RYA and pay a small fee to get their certificate. For those that haven't but are competent we can carry out an assessment on your own vessel [if it meets the criteria] or on ours.
A number of changes have been made recently in order to ensure the ongoing integrity of the ICC (International Certificate for Operators of Pleasure Craft).
Identity checks have been tightened:
The ICC remains available to British nationals and the nationals of any country that has NOT adopted Resolution No. 40. The RYA can only issue an ICC to Nationals of a country that has adopted Resolution No. 40 if the applicant is resident (ie. domiciled) in the UK.
Own boat assessment criteria have been updated:
RYA centres running own boat assessments for the ‘Power over 10 metres’ category of ICC must have someone with the following qualifications to run those tests:
- An Advanced Powerboat Instructor who also holds an RYA Yachtmaster Coastal Certificate of Competence or higher, or
- An RYA Cruising Instructor for Power or higher
